Keissy Josefik

I am Keissy Josefik, LMHC and LMFT, a dedicated mental health professional with a Master of Science in Mental Health and Couples and Family Therapy from Barry University. With over 5 years of experience working in the Mental Health field, I've been supporting individuals, couples, and families in their healing journey.

In my practice, I am dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life’s challenges, including identity exploration, cultural dynamics, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

My integrative practice combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Systemic Therapy to promote self-awareness, emotional well-being, and meaningful, lasting growth.

In our first session, I’ll create a welcoming space to understand your challenges, goals, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss my approach, answer your questions, and start exploring steps to support your growth, self-awareness, and well-being.
