Keith received a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and has practiced since 1998. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. He is also an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Virginia Board of Counseling.

My approach to therapy

Keith has extensive experience and training with Depression, Anxiety, Divorce Mediation, Visitation and Custody, ADHD management, Autism, Grief/loss, and “Life Coaching” techniques. Keith takes a client-centered approach to counseling where clients are guided to define and refine their therapeutic goals. Keith uses both Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, and pulls from other counseling disciplines when needed.

What you can expect from me

Sessions will be active with intentional goal setting, but also includes time and space to experience new feelings and process new emotions that arise during services.
