Great to meet you!

I work with couples who want to strengthen their connection and with individuals facing academic or career struggles, particularly those who are neurodiverse. As a Licensed Educational Psychologist, I bring insight into how learning and performance shape self-worth and daily life. I’m also passionate about helping premarital couples prepare for lasting relationships.

My approach to therapy

I blend Strategic and Existential Therapy with Transformative Learning Theory. This approach addresses immediate challenges while uncovering deeper meaning and personal growth in each client’s lived experience

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a mix of insight and action—greater clarity about themselves and their relationships, practical tools for communication and stress, and a stronger sense of confidence moving forward.
