Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with training in neuropsychology, specializing in ADHD, executive functioning, anxiety, stress, and mood-related concerns. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care, helping clients better understand themselves while building tools that support meaningful change. I strive to create a space that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, where clients can feel both supported and challenged in healthy ways. In addition to therapy, I have experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, consultation, and working with college students and adults navigating life transitions, burnout, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work from cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches while also tailoring treatment to each client’s unique personality, goals, strengths, and life experiences.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel both supported and understood, so I strive to create a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and authentic. Together, we focus on increasing insight, building effective coping tools, and creating meaningful, sustainable change rather than pursuing perfection.

I commonly work with concerns related to anxiety, stress, ADHD, executive functioning, burnout, life transitions, and mood-related challenges. My background in neuropsychology also helps me integrate a deeper understanding of attention, cognition, and behavior into the therapy process when helpful.

What you can expect from me

People can expect the first session to be a supportive and collaborative conversation focused on understanding what brings them to therapy, what they’ve been struggling with, and what they hope to gain from the process. I take time to learn about each person’s background, current stressors, strengths, and goals so we can begin building a plan that feels meaningful and realistic.

My goal is to create an environment that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental. The first session is also an opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and determine whether the therapeutic fit feels right.

By the end of the session, most people leave with a clearer understanding of next steps, initial areas of focus, and a sense of direction for the work ahead.
