Great to meet you!

I am committed to enhancing the lives of individuals and their families by promoting a healthier life style through the enrichment of restoring mental, emotional, spiritual, educational, physical and psychological deficiencies by using Eclectic Therapy Approach including EMDR. My philosophy is to support individuals and their families to remove the barriers that limit them from embracing self-worth and developing a positive purpose in their own families and communities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients safety, well-being, and comfort are my main objectives. Clients will have an opportunity to share and process their challenges in a comfortable, relax, non-judgmental, and confidential setting. My role is to assess the dynamics of the clients' underlying issues and provide a clear " road map" for their healing and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic philosophy is that a person journey to healing requires a trusting working alliance between client and therapist. Clients can be assured that my expertises on the issues, my compassion and ability to connect with clients from a person centered approach, will provide an effective therapeutic experience.
