Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is the key to having stability and balance. I have been practicing since 2016, and I primarily work with adults. I focus on anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and any rare medical conditions that require ongoing maintenance

My approach to therapy

I focus on getting to know you as a person. I am mainly here as a guide and a supporter on your journey. I will point out things I've noticed, and I may ask you about different ways of viewing things. I also use humor when appropriate because sometimes the best thing in life is to laugh at how absurd something is.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a more relaxed environment where the client and I are both humans trying to function in this world. I bring my genuine self, tailored to fit each client, and I offer alternative ways of thinking about something. I also allow space for all emotions and experiences, even the difficult ones.
