Great to meet you!

When you have stress or trauma in your life, it can feel overwhelming and life can unravel. Your children are acting out, your teen is being suspended or involved with law enforcement, or your younger child won't stop misbehaving at school. These are all stressful family situations that can feel overwhelming to anyone. My passion is to bring healing to people who have been through traumatic or stressful experiences.

My approach to therapy

We can work together to resolve the stress in your life. I can help you strengthen your relationships so you can enjoy life. Imagine enjoying family gatherings instead of dreading them. You don't have to fear phone calls from school forever.

Imagine your teen being able to communicate their thoughts/feelings without anger or resentment. I can help you build trust with your teen and communicate without arguing in family counseling.
