Great to meet you!

I work with individuals age birth and up. I have specialized in Trauma, including physical abuse, sexual abuse and witnessing violence. I hold certifications in CPP, PCIT and COSP. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- which is an evidenced based treatment to help those who have experienced traumatic events. I am trained in PCIT, CPP and COSP which is used to heal relationships between parents and children. I also use play therapy with my younger clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work closely with children and adults in order to help you identify your goals and walk with you on the journey of achieving them. I envision counseling as a relationship between two people in which I can provide help in whatever way you need it. I have been in the counseling field for over 14 years and am able to use that experience to help you in the best way possible.

What you can expect from our first session

I am focused on guiding you on identifying your goals for counseling and then supporting you in meeting these goals.
