Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Kelechi, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I approach psychiatric care with empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to individualized treatment. I view each person as more than their symptoms or diagnosis, knowing that everyone has a story, and I take the time to truly listen. I use a holistic lens, integrating psychotherapy techniques, medication management when appropriate, and lifestyle support.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach to therapy is grounded in holistic, evidence-based care that honors the complexity of each individual’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Whether someone is experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to meet them where they are and walk alongside them toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, ask questions openly, and build trust in the therapeutic process. Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and actively involved in their own care. Whether we’re discussing medication options, processing life events, or working on strategies to manage symptoms, my goal is for each client to gain greater self-awareness, practical coping tools, and a clearer understanding of their mental health.
