I have been in the mental health and substance abuse therapy field for the past 24 years. i had graduated with a Master's in Art Therapy from Marywood University. I am facinated by getting to take a healthy journey of discovery with all of my clients.
Since graduation, I have also become trained in ACT, CBT, and EMDR therapies. I have an emphasis in trauma, addiction, and ADHD treatments.
I am analytic, solution focused, and personable. I have strong relationship and communication skills. I believe that we need to team up and be a community of learners to remove barriers to living your best life.
