I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker interested in helping you to heal, process, and release from difficult, stressful, and traumatic experiences. I'm passionate about helping you unburden the self-beliefs and reactions that no longer serve you.
Using a myriad of trauma therapy tools including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I will help you find safety and settling within yourself. We cannot control what has happened to us, but we can work towards healing the past to have a more hopeful and healthy future.
During our work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of your story, why you do the things you do, learn skills and strategies, deepen positive feelings and experiences, and process through past negative events.
