Great to meet you!

If you're here, you might be at a point where life isn't feeling aligned anymore—maybe it's relationships, roles, or patterns that aren't working. I work with people who feel a deeper truth calling them, even if it feels confusing or scary. I help clients reconnect to their inner knowing and learn how to tell the truth to themselves and others, maybe for the first time in their lives. Together, we can slow down, make sense of what's underneath the surface, and start building a life that feels true to you. There's a deeper truth we all have that can be hard to tap into, and I'm here to help guide you as you come home to yourself.

Before becoming a therapist, I had a rich journey of my own. I've navigated career uncertainty, grief, perfectionism, feeling stuck, relationship issues, and codependency. I've walked through significant personal changes that taught me resilience, self-honesty, and what it means to rebuild. Those experiences shape how I sit with people in heartbreak, confusion, and growth. I bring a grounded perspective, blending professional expertise with real-life wisdom about what it takes to transform.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on guiding people back to their inner wisdom. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and insightful, yet feel stuck in patterns or roles that no longer fit. Together, we slow down and listen to what your emotions and body are telling you. I know there are pivotal moments in life that lead you to places like this, and your story matters to me.

Good support balances warmth with boldness and accountability. We all need someone who, with humility and care, can call us forward and challenge us when we’re not living up to our potential. I’m here to offer that space—where you can process, meet yourself differently, gain clarity, and begin to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, it’s about understanding where you are right now. You don’t need to come with anything other than a willingness to be honest—even if it feels messy or uncomfortable. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and help you notice patterns. I’m not an expert on the “right” way to live—we all have different paths. My role is to be a clarifier and a mirror, helping you make empowered decisions so you feel aligned with the life and relationships you want.

You can expect a balance of warmth, humor, and knowledge from a real human who understands what it’s like to go through something hard and want it to feel different. By the end, I hope you feel seen and have a clearer sense of where we might go next.

If you're interested in a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation before booking, please message me through Headway or text/call 913-593-8585 to schedule!
