Great to meet you!

My name is Kelley Holiday, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with decades of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with adults who face anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, aging, death and dying, emotional regulation, vulnerability, caregiving, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are and collaborating to clarify and achieve your personal goals.

In our initial sessions, I will actively listen to your concerns and explore your history to create a personalized path to healing. My practice is unique because of my extensive experience. This breadth of experience allows me to offer tailored, empathetic support that respects your individual journey.
