Great to meet you!

I offer a compassionate, welcoming space for children to work through challenges and build confidence. If your child is having a hard time with emotions, behavior, or school, you’re not alone, I’m here to help! With five years as a school-based therapist, I value working closely with families and schools to support the whole child, so they feel supported in all areas of their life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, supportive, and tailored to each child’s needs. I use developmentally appropriate, engaging, play-based and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help children understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident. I believe therapy is most effective when families are involved, so I also provide regular support and strategies for parents.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I focus on creating a relaxed, welcoming space so your child can start to feel comfortable, while also talking with you about what’s been going on and what support you’re looking for. We’ll talk through your goals and begin building a plan to support your child both in and outside of sessions!
