During my years of clinical experience, I have learned many things...one of the most important is that I truly believe that you can laugh through pain. Therapy doesn’t always have to be serious and robotic. I meet you where you are...I’m down-to-earth, casual, and easy-going but professional.
Our initial session will be a time for me to learn about you and your struggles. We will explore the goals and desired outcomes of your therapy. The following sessions will focus on areas that you have identified as issues that you want to resolve or improve upon. Through our work together, you will grow and gain personal insight to promote your optimal mental health.
