Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist, I believe we all have an innate sense of wanting to lead a fulfilling life. When our lives become anything but fulfilling, we can find a way to begin the steps toward peace and stability through psychotherapy. Beginning the process can be challenging, so I am glad you are here. I’ve been practicing for 20 years and work with young and older adults, who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

It’s important to me to learn about you and your story, as your experience will be unique to no other. This is done in a welcoming, though-provoking, and comfortable atmosphere. As we move along through therapy, you will discover that the process is collaborative and that you will have much to learn through the process.

What you can expect from me

The first session is the opportunity for you to tell me what your current experience is, what has happened in your life up until the present. We will discuss what it is you would like to accomplish in therapy, and I’ll show you how we can work together to create a greater sense of satisfaction in your life.
