Great to meet you!

Adolescence doesn’t fall apart overnight—and neither do the patterns that keep families stuck. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges, as well as parents navigating high-stress family dynamics. Over the past 5 years, many of the clients I work with have already tried therapy, school supports, or other interventions and are still not seeing the change they’re looking for. For parents, I provide targeted guidance on how to respond in ways that reduce conflict, improve communication, and shift long-standing dynamics at home.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, insight-driven, and direct. I focus on identifying the underlying patterns driving behavior—not just managing symptoms—so we can create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are active and collaborative, with clear goals and practical strategies that extend beyond the therapy hour.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, we will discuss what specifically you are looking for in terms of therapy. We will discuss your desired outcome, and formulate a plan on how to achieve that outcome. I strive to make the first session feel like a conversation in order to build a strong therapeutic foundation and connection between you as the client, and myself as the therapist. I will also make sure to leave time for you to ask me any questions regarding the therapy process or my background. Towards the end of the initial session, we will discuss what to expect moving forward, how we will meet, and end on a good note.
