Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing as both a behavioral therapist and a psychotherapist for 6 years, and my main focus has been crisis interventions and mental health stabilization of clients aged 16-26 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychosis.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone deserves an individualized approach to their mental health care and is ultimately in charge of their own journey. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in that therapeutic journey. I like to prioritize open communication and mutual respect in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen, support, and challenge you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where we can get to know each other and identify what we will be prioritizing in your treatment. I aim to create a warm, welcoming space that allows you to feel comfortable and safe while sharing the most vulnerable parts of yourself. From there, we will work together in our sessions to move you further forward in your mental health journey.
