Great to meet you!

Navigating the reproductive journey can be complex and challenging. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Empowering Resilience LLC, I am passionate about providing support through all phases of this deeply personal experience. My personal encounters with fertility challenges, reproductive trauma and loss, as well as perinatal mental health issues have fueled my dedication to helping others navigate these common, yet often private, realities. I have obtained advanced training in women’s mental health issues and am actively working to acquire additional certifications and trainings related to perinatal mental health and reproductive trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are, using a holistic approach that considers their unique experiences, strengths, and needs. Collaboratively, we set meaningful goals and identify steps to achieve them. I utilize evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness, alongside knowledge of resources and specialized options, to create a plan that meets your needs and gives you the confidence to work through whatever challenges you're facing.

What you can expect from our first session

Like my practice's name suggests, my primary goal for all clients is to foster their resilience so they feel empowered to work through whatever difficulties they face. Unfortunately, there's no magic cure-all for suffering, but I believe with the right treatment we all have the possibility to live the life we want and deserve.
