Great to meet you!

My approach is highly collaborative and detail-oriented. I draw on advanced women's mental health training and personal experience to create an empowering, non-judgmental space. We will set tailored treatment goals and define actionable steps to move you past the status quo and toward meaningful well-being. I enjoy working with youth, women, and families ready for change. I have advanced training in women's mental health and have obtained certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Profession (PMH-C) via Postpartum Support International.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I meet you exactly where you are, using a holistic, client-centered lens to understand your unique strengths and needs. Therapy is a true partnership: collaboratively, we set meaningful goals and identify the practical steps required to reach them. I integrate evidence-based tools to create a tailored plan that empowers you with the confidence and resources needed to work through any challenge.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily about connection and detailed understanding. We'll focus on creating a safe, warm space where you can share your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to change. This is where we lay the foundation for our work.
