Great to meet you!

I am so excited to meet you! My name is Kelli & I really enjoy helping individuals navigate their healing and growing journey by Seeking Serenity (the name of my practice). I have been in the field of Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health for the past 16 years. I earned a Master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2009 and have specialized experience and training with Substance Use Disorders - both for individuals experiencing Substance Use Disorder and their families.

My approach to therapy

I meet you where you are! There is no set agenda or way each session needs to go. I use an eclectic approach and draw strongly from CBT, Mindfulness, and Client Centered approaches. YOU are the focus and I am a sounding board reflecting back to you your inner wisdom, and help you shift your internal dialogue to support the amazing human you are!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will outline goals for our sessions together. I will add suggestions as needed. Education and empowerment are key. And helpful resources to utilize between sessions will be recommended as needed. Our sessions are your safe place. No judgment. A listening ear, neutral, objective perspective. I look forward to holding the space for you!
