Great to meet you!

I recognize how hard change is and you deserve to thrive. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing since 2014 and have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field working with adolescents and adults. I use Person-Centered, strengths-based therapy and incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, to name a few modalities I am trained in, through talk and/or play techniques and am a Sandtray therapist for those interested in healing in unique ways. I also offer integration sessions for those who have completed alternative healing experiences/ceremonies. Therapy is tailored to meet every client's individual needs.

My approach to therapy

I am a person-centered therapist who believes strongly in including levity with the heaviness of life. I am dedicated to supporting people on their own defined paths of recovery, with a little bit of play if interested and appropriate, and always through a trauma informed lens.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, non-judgmental and affirming space to help look at life differently or through your new expert self lens.
