Great to meet you!

I work with adults dealing with mental health in real life —PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and the in-between that doesn’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like nothing has fully helped. I’ve worked in hospitals, treatment centers, and correctional settings—nothing surprises me. You don’t need to filter your story. I don’t treat labels—I treat what you’re actually experiencing. We’ll break things down, explore real options, and build a plan together so you can feel more clear, stable, and back in control.

Anxiety. ADHD. Mood swings. Burnout. Let’s figure out what’s actually going on — and fix it. I specialize in the why behind your symptoms, then build a treatment plan that’s tailored to you — not a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll get clear options, real education, and a plan tailored to you so you can feel more stable, think clearer, and function better.

If you’ve been holding it together on the outside but feel like a mess internally, you’re not alone. Life is a lot, and you don’t have to figure it out solo. You don’t need the perfect words—just show up. We’ll make sense of it together, one step at a time, with no judgment and maybe even a little humor along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, honest, and practical. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment or making decisions foryou. I take the time to understand what’s actually going on—your symptoms, your history, your stressors, and what your day-to-day life really looks like.

From there, I break things down in a way that makes sense, give you clear options, and explain the pros, cons, and what to realistically expect. We make decisions together. You’re not just along for the ride—you’re part of the process.

With me, you’re not just another chart—you’re a whole person with a story that matters. I make it a priority that you feel heard, understood, and supported. My space is warm, welcoming, and judgment-free—because nothing moves forward if you don’t feel safe.

We’ll build a personalized plan that fits you—blending medication management with evidence-based support when appropriate—so we’re not just chasing symptoms, we’re actually improving your quality of life. Whether you’re brand new to this or just tired of not feeling heard, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward something more stable, clear, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation—not a rushed checklist or a quick prescription. We’re going to take the time to understand the full picture: what’s been going on, what you’ve tried, what’s worked (or hasn’t), and what your day-to-day actually looks like.

You’ll get more than just a diagnosis or medication recommendation. I’ll walk you through what I’m seeing, explain things in a way that actually makes sense, and give you clear options moving forward. No pressure, no confusion—we make decisions together.

And just so we’re clear—I don’t treat labels, I treat actual symptoms. Diagnoses help guide care (and yes, insurance likes them), but our focus is on what you’re actually experiencing and how to make it better.

We’ll talk openly, without judgment, about your symptoms, your goals, and what kind of support you’re looking for. If medication is part of the plan, I’ll explain the why, what to expect, and answer your questions so you feel comfortable—not just compliant.

You can also expect follow-through. That means consistent check-ins, adjustments when needed, and a provider who actually listens and pays attention. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling clearer, more understood, and with a plan that actually feels doable.
