Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana with 9 years of professional work experience. In 2010, I graduated from Purdue University to obtain my BA in Sociology. In 2018, I graduated from Indiana University with a Masters in Social Work. I have worked with a wide range of clientele from children to grandparents, affluent to impoverished. I most enjoy helping teenagers and young adults explore their past and present to ensure a goal-oriented and successful future. From your everyday anxiety, depression, and stress to personality and mood disorders, I've helped all of my clients heal, grow, and thrive in this unpredictable world.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style has been described as compassionate and laid-back. While I am intentional about letting the client lead because they are the expert in their own story, I also share perspective in hopes to help my clients understand the potential context to their story.

What you can expect from me

In my first session, I will guide you through a bio-psycho-social questionnaire focusing on your family dynamics, past events that impacted you, present stressors and struggles, and future goals.
