Great to meet you!

I am a proud graduate of the University of Memphis School of Social Work with over 22 years of experience in the non-profit sector, including the last 8 years providing mental and behavioral health therapy to adults. My clinical work is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that draws on an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities. I hold specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting therapy.

My approach to therapy

I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to provide attunement, collaboration, and tools to support healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, fostering a safe and affirming space to explore growth.

What you can expect from me

My ideal client may be experiencing challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, perinatal mood disorders, or interpersonal and identity-related stressors. Many are seeking a therapist who understands and affirms their lived experiences, particularly those in LGBTQIA+ communities or living with HIV/AIDS. They want to feel heard, understood, and empowered—to heal, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways, all within a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can define their own goals and path forward.
