Great to meet you!

I believe we were made to change in spite of the bad things that happen to us. I understand incredible obstacles can keep us from loving ourselves and others and rob us of our peace. However, our brains are designed to change, adapt, and accept. If we allow ourselves to receive help from others, we can regain our true purpose in life. I am passionate about helping my clients move through depression, anxiety, , regrets, grief/loss, trauma, work/career conflict, relationships of all kinds including family and couples, sexual identity crisis, addiction and self-medicating to avoid shame and unresolved pain and the struggles that come with becoming the true you. We don’t have to have severe trauma to benefit from therapeutic support. I believe that a therapeutic relationship can help us feel more purpose, more peace, and more like ourselves.. I want to meet you right where you are and help you be the true you.

My approach to therapy

I practice being authentic and open. I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible. I move with them while taking in their emotional or cognitive cycles to help them with solutions. If something isn't really "hitting" the issue, we keep going until we do.

What you can expect from me

Almost always, the goal is to improve daily life, increase personal peace and your relationship with your life and others. I love outcomes to result in personal freedom and simple tools that work for what seems like impossible issues.
