Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 14 years of experience in private practice and the school setting. I have a background in sociology, with a Masters degree in Social Work. I've always been a sensitive and compassionate person and naturally gravitated towards helping others heal from past experiences and grow into the person they want to be. I have experience in working with kids, teens, and adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize evidence based modalities, considering strengths of each individual client, and work with them to create a plan that will address their unique goals and needs. I believe that each client should feel comfortable and safe in the therapeutic space and strive to create that for my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to come away feeling better than they came in, with a clear plan and recommendations on things they can do in between sessions to improve their day to day function. I tend to get right to the heart of the matter, rather than spending a lot of time on the surface. I love sharing practical tools with clients and helping them to identify which tools are right for them.
