I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for adolescents and adults across Kentucky and Tennessee.

I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and depression, with a focus on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and thoughtful, evidence-based medication management.

My approach is collaborative and individualized, integrating clinical expertise with attention to each person’s unique goals, history, and lived experience. I also provide ADHD evaluations and ongoing support for patients seeking clarity, stability, and improved daily functioning through psychiatric care.

In our first session, we will focus on a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I will take time to understand your current symptoms, mental health history, medical background, and treatment goals. This helps ensure an accurate diagnosis and a clear understanding of what you are experiencing.

From there, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management and other evidence-based recommendations to support your symptoms and overall functioning.

I recognize that many patients are balancing work and life demands, so I offer flexible appointment availability, including select evening and Saturday appointments when possible.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, practical psychiatric care that is both accessible and effective for adolescents and adults seeking support.
