What Clients Should Know About Me

Hi, I’m Kelli, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the people-helping field. I’m dedicated to creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—without judgment.

I work with a diverse range of clients. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor and also specialize in supporting collegiate to professional-level athletes. Drawing from my own life experiences, I’m passionate about helping those who are often expected to stay strong for others but need a safe space to nurture their own mental and emotional wellbeing.

Treatment areas include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, performance enhancement, foster care and adoption, juvenile justice and corrections, abuse, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

When you invest your time and energy into therapy, it’s important to feel confident that you’re working with someone who is both skilled and truly sees you—your experiences, your goals, and your individuality. That’s why I take a client-centered approach. This work is about you and what you want to accomplish.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and rooted in compassion. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for growth, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Think of me as a supportive, skilled confidant—someone fully present, without distractions or agendas. I bring creativity into the therapy room and tailor each session to your needs. Depending on what’s most effective for you, I may integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Brainspotting.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where your journey of transformation can begin. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel stronger, more empowered, and more aligned with the fulfilling life you deserve.

In our work, you’ll receive support, practical guidance, and effective strategies to manage stress, build healthier relationships, and deepen your understanding of yourself. I also adapt to your communication style—so if you appreciate a little humor along the way, don’t be surprised if we share a few laughs in the process.
