Great to meet you!

I'm like that artsy granny dancing in front of a bold painting—just in the body of a middle-aged woman. I love slow mornings, deep conversations, and helping people rediscover joy, purpose, and creativity.

This is my third career, but I’ve always been an artist at heart. My background in branding and storytelling now shows up in therapy sessions where we co-create new narratives that actually fit who you are. I specialize in trauma, Somatic Integration, and supporting folks who feel a little “too much” for the world—creative, curious, quirky souls navigating complex emotions.

I’ve worked with some of the toughest cases in America, and I’m not afraid to sit with the heavy stuff. I'm that secure, steady presence so you can do the brave work of healing.

Let’s find what lights you up—together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and authentic connection. I believe that real healing starts with a strong, trusting relationship—so before we dive into any intervention or technique, we start with you. I'm here to meet you as a human first, therapist second, and yes—I believe connection comes before any technique. My style is down-to-earth, curious, and real—with space for dark humor if that’s your thing.

I’m trained in Narrative and Collaborative Therapy, which means I see your problems as separate from who you are. Together, we’ll look at what’s not working, get clear on what you want instead, and build a new story you’re proud to live out.

I also use Somatic Therapy to help you tune into how emotions show up in your body, and I offer in-person EMDR for trauma work. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change—I’ll help you see things from new angles and walk with you toward a life that feels more like you.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me has been described as mother energy. I hope you feel welcome like you're coming home from school.

My goals for you will be to live more aligned with the life you want, and to reduce the symptoms that are bringing you in to see me. I'll be focused on helping you find your way, reconnect to your emotions through your body, and find space to expand your mind. My goal is you feel seen and heard, maybe for the first time in your life.
