She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and supporting women during and after pregnancy with gentle, expert care. Kelli blends evidence-based treatment with a holistic touch, encouraging small lifestyle changes that support your overall well-being. In her care, you’ll find a safe, supportive space and a personalized plan to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth way, making sure you feel heard, respected, and never judged. I like to move at your pace, explaining things in clear, simple language so you always understand your options and feel in control of your care. My focus areas include ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and mental health support during and after pregnancy, and I blend medication management with practical lifestyle suggestions like sleep, nutrition, stress tools, and routine-building. Together, we set realistic goals, check in regularly about what’s working or not, and adjust your plan so it truly fits your life.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, my main goal is to help you feel safe, welcomed, and not rushed. We’ll start by talking about what brought you in, your main concerns, and what you’d most like to change or feel relief from. I’ll ask about your history (mood, sleep, focus, medical background, past treatments) and explain clearly how diagnoses and treatment options work, using simple language. Together, we’ll set a few realistic goals—like improving focus, easing anxiety, stabilizing mood, or feeling more like yourself day to day—and decide on next steps, which may include medication options, therapy recommendations, and small lifestyle shifts. The environment is relaxed, respectful, and collaborative so you can be honest without fear of judgment.
