Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating a major life change, working through anxiety that feels hard to shake, or taking steps toward recovery, you don't have to do it alone. I work with people who are ready to be honest about where they are, even when that's uncomfortable. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment, and start building the life you actually want.

My approach to therapy

I believe real change happens when people feel genuinely safe to open up. My approach centers on you: your goals, your pace, and what healing looks like for you specifically. Sessions are collaborative and grounded in warmth. I ask questions that help you see yourself more clearly, and I stay in it with you as you work toward something better.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on, and you're welcome to ask me anything too. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. Most people feel a mix of nervousness and relief walking in; both are completely normal, and we'll take it at whatever pace feels right.
