Great to meet you!

About Kellie Henry, LCSW

Kellie Henry, LCSW, is a compassionate and dedicated clinical social worker committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

With a client-centered and compassionate approach, Kellie creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. She believes that therapy is not about changing who you are—it is about helping you understand yourself, recognize your strengths, work through what has happened to you, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

Kellie’s areas of interest include trauma and grief, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, emotional wellness, self-esteem, and supporting individuals who have experienced difficult or overwhelming circumstances.

She approaches each client as an individual, recognizing that no two people experience life or healing in exactly the same way. Her practice is grounded in empathy, advocacy, authenticity, and the belief that healing is possible even after life-changing experiences.

Kellie works collaboratively with her clients to identify goals, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

“You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. Sometimes, taking the first step is where healing begins.”

— Kellie Henry, LCSW

What you can expect from me

What to Expect With Kellie

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. You may not know what to say, where to begin, or even if therapy is right for you. That’s okay. You don’t have to have all the answers before you walk through the door.

With me, you can come exactly as you are.

My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Therapy isn’t about telling you what you should do or judging you for where you’ve been. It’s about working together to understand what you’re experiencing and finding healthy ways to move forward.

Some days, therapy may mean talking through difficult experiences. Other days, it may mean learning new coping skills, gaining a different perspective, or simply having someone listen when life feels overwhelming.

We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll meet you where you are, while helping you work toward where you want to be.

Your story matters. Your healing matters. And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m here to walk alongside you.
