Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in the same emotional or relationship patterns--overthinking, pulling away, people-pleasing, or feeling anxious about closeness or connection. Often, these patterns make sense when we look at how you learned to relate to others earlier in life. I work from an attachment-based perspective to help clients understand these patterns with compassion rather than self-blame.

I support adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, consistent, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, feel understood, and begin building healthier ways of relating to others and to yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in attachment theory, which focuses on how early relationships shape the way we experience emotions, connection, and safety. In therapy, we'll work to identify attachment patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop more secure and fulfilling relationships. Additionally, I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, EFT, as well as solution-focused which support insight, growth, and practical change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and paced to your comfort level. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship stress, or long-standing emotional patterns, we'll focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I welcome the opportunity to see if we're a good fit.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a chance to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. We'll start at a pace that feels comfortable to you. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals of therapy, and any concerns you would like to explore. My focus will be helping you feel heard, supported, and safe.
