Healing can take time, but it's deeply rewarding. I am a licensed clinical therapist with a master’s in Social Work from Boise State University. I have a rich background working with diverse populations from all walks of life. I specialize in C-PTSD and PTSD as a trained crisis therapist. Recovery is possible, probable, and likely!

As an intuitive practitioner, I practice from an anti-pathologizing stance and tailor treatment to each person. No one's experience in life is the same, and therapy should not be any different. I approach each individual's experiences with respect, curiosity, empathy, and intuition about what healing styles they may need. Your time with me will honor your unique needs.
