Great to meet you!

Since earning my master’s degree from Messiah University, I have dedicated the past three years to refining my therapeutic approach and deepening my expertise. Throughout this period, I have intentionally pursued advanced training and understanding in effective modalities for trauma processing. My practice is centered on supporting adults aged 25 and older as they work through the aftermath of trauma, navigate major life transitions, and embark on meaningful journeys of self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I draw upon a carefully integrated blend of evidence-based therapeutic methods, all anchored in genuine empathy, respect, and a nuanced appreciation for the complexities of each individual’s experience. I encourage clients to embrace and recognize their thoughts and emotions, fostering a compassionate awareness of their origins and significance. While this process can be both challenging and transformative, it serves as a foundation for deeper self-understanding and empowers clients to initiate the changes they seek in their lives.

What you can expect from me

My foremost commitment is to provide you with a safe, welcoming space where your vulnerability is honored and protected. During our initial session, I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your personal goals and motivations, and a brief overview of your background. Additionally, I strive to understand any concerns or reservations you may have about the therapeutic process, ensuring that your comfort and trust remain at the heart of our work together.
