Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in medication management and evidence-based psychiatric care.

I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions. My approach is structured, efficient, and focused on helping you feel better as quickly and safely as possible.

I prioritize clear evaluations, thoughtful medication planning, and consistent follow-up to ensure your treatment is effective and well-managed. My goal is to help you regain stability, improve focus, and function at your best day-to-day.

I provide telehealth services across Nevada, making care accessible, responsive, and easy to maintain.

My approach to therapy

My approach is focused on accurate diagnosis, effective medication management, and ongoing monitoring.

I take the time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, then build a clear treatment plan tailored to you. This includes selecting appropriate medications, adjusting as needed, and ensuring you feel supported throughout the process.

Care is collaborative, but also direct and efficient — we focus on what is working, what is not, and how to improve quickly. Follow-up is an essential part of care to make sure progress stays on track and medications remain effective.

The goal is simple: reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, and create long-term stability.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a structured psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding your symptoms, history, and current concerns.

We will review your background, discuss what you are experiencing, and identify the best treatment approach moving forward. If appropriate, we will begin developing a medication plan during this visit.

You will leave the appointment with a clear understanding of next steps, including treatment options and follow-up recommendations.

The process is straightforward, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
