Great to meet you!

It is difficult to ask for help when we are struggling but you have taken the first step and that is brave!

In my 20 years of practice I have worked with children, adolescents, families, young adults, couples and those in their golden years. Throughout that time I have helped many of my clients to address a myriad of challenges and I would love the opportunity to help you with whatever it is that you are struggling with right now that has brought you here seeking support.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my psychotherapy approach to the specific needs of each client. I believe that the therapy process is an ongoing dynamic relationship, in which you feel understood, supported, discover more about yourself, and where you experience positive change and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

What clients can expect to take away from sessions are realistic goals and therapeutic coping skills tailored to their specific issues as well as a positive outlook after having a session in a safe space where they feel heard and supported.
