Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Kellie, and I’m a Licensed Therapist. First, I want to congratulate you for taking the time to focus on YOU. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and choosing to prioritize yourself and your mental health is an important step.

I truly enjoy helping people discover who they are, recognize their strengths, and work through the challenges that may be getting in the way of becoming the person they want to be. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out.

Therapy is your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you find the tools, confidence, and understanding to become the best version of YOU.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel comfortable, real, and maybe even include some laughter along the way. Life can be hard, and sometimes we need a safe place to talk about the messy stuff, figure out what’s working (and what isn’t), and discover new ways to move forward. We’ll face the tough moments together, celebrate the growth along the way, and find the tools that work best for YOU. This is your journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone.

What you can expect from me

From our very first session, my goal is for you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and heard. We may share a laugh or two, you might even meet a dog or two, and we’ll begin getting to know what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling supported, understood, and with a new coping tool or two that you can begin using in your everyday life.
