Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes in honesty, clarity, and real change, not just surface-level fixes. I work especially well with people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that aren’t serving them anymore. I’m warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t judge your experiences or rush your process, but I also won’t avoid the hard conversations if they help you move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful shifts in your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in practical skills. I pull from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and narrative work, depending on what fits your needs, and not a one-size-fits-all approach. I value both insight and action: we’ll look at the “why,” but we’ll also focus on what you can change today to improve your emotional stability, boundaries, and overall well-being. I show up authentically in the room, and clients describe me as someone who brings calm, clarity, and straightforward guidance.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a conversation, but not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy right now, what you want your life to feel like, and what patterns you’re ready to shift. I’ll ask some structured questions to understand your history and symptoms, but I’ll also help you translate your concerns into concrete goals. Clients often leave the first session feeling clearer about what’s been happening beneath the surface and with a plan for what our work together will look like. My priority is that you feel safe, respected, and confident that we’re headed in the right direction.
