Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kellis, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, stress, burnout and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can feel heard, seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where we can build practical tools and create meaningful, lasting change together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I used evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based techniques to help you build practical skills, gain insight, and create lasting change. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on goals that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and create a plan that feels right for you. My priority is to provide a safe, supportive space where you cal feel comfortable, heard and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
