Great to meet you!

Hi! my name is Kelly Albright, LCSW. I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY Oswego and my MSW from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I have experience working with children and families as well as adults of all ages. I love working with college students and young adults, particularly those with ADHD, Anxiety, and OCD. I also enjoy working with my clients through life transitions and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based and utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP), and mindfulness. I value a strong therapeutic relationship and will tailor treatment to meet your individual needs.

What you can expect from me
