Great to meet you!

Kelly and the therapy dogs are great at creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe sharing whatever is on your mind. Together, we can help you make plans to move forward in your life in a satisfying way. Each of us goes through many changes as individuals, as part of a relationship and perhaps a family. Sometimes we need help navigating those changes and making sure they are healthy. Sometimes we need help!

My approach to therapy

Kelly's preferred method of treatment is based on the needs of the client rather than on her needs as a therapist. She believes it is important to remain flexible in her approach. She can provide you with many types of coping skills using CBT, DBT, mindfulness etc. We offer virtual therapy and in-office therapy with or without the therapy dogs.

What you can expect from me

You will find Kelly to be empathetic, genuine and curious. She likes to work from a nonjudgmental frame to create solutions WITH you that will fit you and your life. It is a cooperative arrangement so you are part of the process. She works with people from all walks of life and meet you where you are in your journey.
