I offer virtual or in-person therapy sessions in Castle Rock, Colorado. I know what it's like to struggle with depression, addiction, and narcissistic abuse. I became a therapist and an energy healer after going through my own "dark night of the soul." Many clients tell me that they relate to me because I have been though similar experiences and know what it's like to push through depression, and overcome addiction and trauma. My goal isn't to help you merely mask symptoms, but to help you navigate through them while healing the underlying roots, staying grounded, and discovering your most authentic self and a life of fulfillment and thriving.

I believe that you are so much more than any label or diagnosis. I specialize in helping people heal from narcissistic abuse or domestic violence. I help people heal from emotional wounds or traumas through holistic integrative therapy meaning that I weave together yoga, energy healing, or nature therapy with talk therapy. Once we have closed the chapter on the past, I help you uncover and connect to your true self and higher purpose, leading to a more peaceful and heart-centered life.

In our first session, we will mostly be getting to know each other. We will review your goals for therapy and your history with symptoms and/or trauma. Once we have established your therapy goals, we will discuss which therapeutic modalities will be most effective for you and formulate an effective plan.
