Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Kelly. I enjoy working with clients who are navigating life transitions, career changes, anxiety, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Maybe you’ve built a life that looks good on paper but doesn’t quite feel like your own, or you’ve spent so much time meeting expectations that you’ve lost touch with what you really want. I help clients make sense of the patterns and experiences that have shaped them so they can feel more grounded, connected, and confident in who they are. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, can let your guard down, and begin figuring out what comes next.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a place to better understand yourself, work through what’s been holding you back, and find a way forward that feels true to you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs, drawing from EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and learned patterns may be influencing your relationships, self-worth, and everyday decisions. I want you to leave therapy not only with a deeper understanding of yourself but also with the tools and confidence to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to being the person everyone else relies on. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or have a clear idea of what you want to change. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying what you’d like your life to look and feel like. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and my priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported from the start.
