I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with certification as a clinical mental health counselor (CCMHC). I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including inpatient and outpatient programs. I opened my private practice in 2017.
I have advanced training in CBT, IFS, Existential-Humanistic, and trauma-informed therapies. I have received certification in REBT from the Albert Ellis Institute.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and eclectic. I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is key to success. I care deeply about my clients and their success.
My goal is to create an environment where my clients feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. It is in such an environment that clients can gain a better understanding of themselves while developing tools and skills that will help them successfully navigate their daily lives.
