Great to meet you!

My path in supporting healing began over 20 years ago as a nationally certified massage therapist, where I developed a whole-body perspective on wellness. I carried that foundation into my work as a mental health therapist. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology, a master’s degree in social work, and am a clinically licensed social worker.

For more than a decade, I have specialized in helping adults navigate challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, attachment concerns, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I’ve pursued advanced training in somatic approaches, which means I help clients connect mind and body in order to access meaningful change.

Clients often describe me as a grounded, practical therapist who “keeps it real.” I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs, helping you find strategies that fit your life and your truth..

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in understanding the nervous system and how it shapes our experiences. Using a polyvagal and somatic framework, I help clients build awareness of how thoughts, emotions, and patterns show up in both mind and body — not with the goal of “fixing,” but of working with and understanding ourselves more fully.

I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help align daily life with personal values, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to foster compassion and self-leadership, and attachment-based approaches to strengthen relationships with both self and others. Together, these methods create a supportive, whole-person path toward healing and change.

What you can expect from me

I offer a space to explore both the easy and hard questions of life, finding meaningful insight along the way. Together, we set the pace of our work, focusing on what feels most important in the present moment. I use mindfulness check-ins to help us tune into what your mind and body are communicating, while also identifying practical takeaways you can carry into daily life.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe place to be fully yourself — to take off the mask, share your unique story, and be truly heard. My goal is to help you discover strategies and perspectives that feel authentic and supportive to your life.
