Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting adults. I work with people who may appear capable and put-together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying so much internally. I specialize in high-functioning anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and the effects of cultural and family expectations. As a Mexican-American therapist, I provide warm, relational, and culturally responsive care that honors each client’s identity, experiences, and strengths.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach, partnering with you to navigate life’s hurdles and discover meaningful solutions. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. I believe in tailoring my methods to meet each individual’s unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care. My focus is on empowering you to gain insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, or relationship challenges, I’m here to guide and support you through the process of healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and their challenges, as well as practical tools to navigate life’s obstacles. I focus on helping you develop coping strategies, improve self-awareness, and build resilience. My goal is for you to feel empowered, supported, and better equipped to make meaningful changes in your life. Each session is an opportunity for growth, healing, and discovering new perspectives on how to move forward with confidence.
