Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kelly and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D). I have experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of mental health needs. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, postpartum challenges, relationship changes, loneliness, and feelings of being overwhelmed or hopeless. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and a judgment free space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to help you navigate challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and person centered. I want every client to feel genuinely cared for throughout the therapeutic process. I believe you are the priority and I strive to create a safe space where you can be open and honest about what you are experiencing without fear of criticism or judgment. I will meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you to better understand your needs, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what you would like to work on. My philosophy is simple, just try it. Give yourself and the process four weeks and if you decide that therapy is not for you after that, that is okay! I welcome honest feedback and open communication throughout our work together. I want you to feel that you are in the driver’s seat of your therapy journey. My role is to support, guide, and work alongside you while you work towards reaching your goals.
