Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I received my Bachelors and Masters from Lehigh University and my Doctorate in Psychology from Roosevelt University. I offer client-centered care, meeting you wherever you are in your journey to wellness. I take an active listening approach to understand your unique strengths, challenges, values, and experiences. I believe in the power of connection, providing a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I will help you overcome current struggles by better understanding what may cause and perpetuate them. This includes exploring your current and past relationships, childhood experiences, traumatic events, fears and anxieties. We all go through difficult life experiences that shape and limit us, but the good news is we all have the capacity to heal and grow from them to live more meaningful lives.

My treatment approach includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, relational therapy, existential therapy, meaning-centered psychotherapy, trauma-informed therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.

What you can expect from me

A safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We will explore relevant aspects of your life as they relate to your current concerns and struggles, such as your goals, work, relationships, and past experiences.
