Great to meet you!

I've enjoyed being a social worker for many years. I have come to know many beautiful people on their journeys to wellness. I work with adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I've invited them to entertain new perspectives and build healthy connections that enrich their lives and, most importantly, help them develop better friendships with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I use several different treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral therapy and other Cognitive approaches. I also help people get in touch with various aspects to promote healing and wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients will, above all, walk away feeling heard and validated. When ready, they will walk away with new ideas and perspectives to entertain to help them live fuller lives.
